Exterior:

The steel plate with a pattern on the surface is called a pattern plate, and the pattern is a mixed shape of lentil, rhombus, round bean and oblate. The checkered plate has many advantages such as beautiful appearance, anti-slip, strengthening performance, saving steel and so on. It is widely used in transportation, construction, decoration, floor surrounding equipment, machinery, shipbuilding and other fields. Generally speaking, the user does not have high requirements for the mechanical properties and mechanical properties of the checkered plate, so the quality of the checkered plate is mainly manifested in the pattern formation rate, pattern height, and pattern height difference. At present, the commonly used thicknesses on the market range from 2.0-8mm, and the common widths are 1250 and 1500mm.

effect:

Galvanized steel sheet is to prevent corrosion on the surface of the steel sheet and prolong its service life. The surface of the steel sheet is coated with a layer of metallic zinc. This kind of galvanized steel sheet is called galvanized sheet.

4. Appearance of galvanized sheet:

    (1) Surface condition: The surface condition of galvanized sheet is different due to the different treatment methods in the coating process, such as ordinary spangle, fine spangle, smooth spangle, zinc-free spangle, and phosphated surface. German standards also provide for surface grades.

    (2) The galvanized sheet shall have a good appearance, and shall not have defects harmful to the use of the product, such as no plating, holes, cracks and scum, excessive plating thickness, scratches, chromic acid dirt, white rust, etc.
