Since the strength and hardness requirements of such a row of nails are not too high as cement nails, many processes are omitted in the production process, and automated production is currently available in China, and the technology is relatively mature. According to investigations, the materials used for such nails are mainly carbon steel. The general production process is as follows: the round wire is straightened and flattened by a flattening machine, and is collected on a certain number of spools. The tape is glued and dried to form a tape, and the wire is fed into the forming host for cutting. Forming and starting, to complete the entire production process.

a. The diameter of a single steel nail is 2.2mm, and the lengths are: 18mm, 26mm, 38mm, 46mm, 50mm, 64mm and other different specifications.
b. Steel nails must be 40 steel nails in a row, the top and sides must be flat and not warped.
c. The nail row needs to have a certain rigidity and strength: hold one end, the other end must not sink and break.
d. There must be close contact between the nail and the nail, and there must be no gap. The glue is evenly spread, and no tumors or bubbles are allowed. The glue boundary is limited to 10 mm under the nail head.
The steel row nail is made of round wire and wire, and is drawn to the wire diameter required by the wire drawing machine several times by the wire drawing machine. The nail is produced by the nail making machine, quenched by the heat treatment furnace, and then polished by the polishing machine. Electroplating is carried out by galvanizing equipment, and finally, the glue is manually applied, and the steel nails are stuck into a row to form a qualified product.
