Using antifriction bearing, high-strength clock hand, spiral alloy sleeve and bifurcated oil duct in main and side shaft, which feature machine with excellent hardness, accuracy and performance stability due to sufficient lubrication. What’s more, CN oil filling can reduce oil waste in a way. Applying Gleason spiral bevel gear to transmission part, this machine is featured with higher speed, lower noise, super accuracy and longer service time.
Wire drawing part--define which grade rebar would be used as raw material, brand new rebar would be more easily made into nails than scrap steel edge, as which would be rolled into round firstly to be prepared for nail making, more cost-saving while more time-consuming for users.
Nail making part--put drawn wire into wire feeding head, then make nail of adjusted length as semi-finished product.
Polishing part--Nail polishing machine will process the semi-finished nails into bright and smooth nails
Packing part--pack nails accordingly to clients’ requirements.
