Functional Principle and Technological Process of Nail Making Machine

1. Straightening of metal coil and feeding function

The groove wheel mechanism is used for feeding. When the pin wheel rotates continuously for one week, when the groove wheel rotates for 1/4 weeks, the steel wire is automatically straightened by the roller on the left side of the view.

2. Workpiece clamping function

The clamping is carried out by cam mechanism. The clamping and loosening of steel wire are realized by the reciprocating motion of push rod. The reciprocating motion of clamping rod is realized by the continuous rotation of cam.

3. Workpiece cold heading function

Cold upsetting of steel wire is carried out by crank-slider mechanism. The connecting rod is connected with the gear and the belt is used when the gear rotates.

4. Workpiece Cold Extrusion-Cutting Function

Cam mechanism is adopted. Its working principle is similar to the clamping device. The moving slider moves back and forth to cold heading the steel wire.
