1. Feed:

The remaining scrap heads of the Prefabrication Yard with a diameter of less than 8mm and a length of more than 10cm are selected as raw materials, as well as the scrap steel bars, cold drawn wires, waste welding rods, pan round heads, etc. removed from the old house.

2. Principle:

(1) First, the raw materials are drawn and derusted by the wire drawing machine at the same time, and then they are drawn to the specification and diameter of the nails you need; (2) they are put into the nail making mechanism to form the round nails; (3) they are put into the polishing machine (adding the raw materials) and thrown to the brightness you need; (4) they are measured and packed out of the factory.
