- May 28, 2020-

Nail making machine is a production equipment used to make iron nails.

Nail making machine is also known as waste steel nail making machine. It is based on the perspective of energy saving and high efficiency from waste utilization and turning waste into treasure. From the perspective of users being able to get rich quickly, it is mainly economic and practical. It has achieved high technology content, convenient operation and use, small power, energy saving, stable and reliable performance. The quality is up to the standard. The equipment has the characteristics of small size, flexible movement, low noise, low power consumption and easy installation. Therefore, this project has become an ideal project for enterprises, individuals, families, laid-off workers, and farmers' friends to get rich quickly.

technological process:

Waste steel bars - A + B wire drawing machine - nail making machine (optional) - polishing machine - packaging factory

1. Feed:

The remaining scrap heads of the Prefabrication Yard with a diameter of less than 8mm and a length of more than 10cm are selected as raw materials, as well as the scrap steel bars, cold drawn wires, waste welding rods, pan round heads, etc. removed from the old house.

2. Principle:

(1) First, the raw materials are drawn and derusted by the wire drawing machine at the same time, and then they are drawn to the specification and diameter of the nails you need; (2) they are put into the nail making mechanism to form the round nails; (3) they are put into the polishing machine (adding the raw materials) and thrown to the brightness you need; (4) they are measured and packed out of the factory.

3. Parameters:

The length of the machine-made nails can produce 50-180mm (2-inch, 2.5-inch, 3-inch, 4-inch, 5-inch, 6-inch, etc.) replacement modules to produce round nails of different specifications, with a working voltage of 380V, 3-person operation, covering an area of more than 20 square meters, which can be put into production when the power is connected.
