1. Overview

There are five machines in the staple production line: wire drawing machine, wire drawing machine, crimping machine, staple forming machine and packaging machine. Our machines can produce staples of different sizes for office and industry (home decoration, furniture manufacturing, packaging, leather, shoemaking and other industries). The staple forming machine adopts hydraulic system for component implementation, which has the characteristics of safe operation, stable performance, low noise and high efficiency.


2. Description

This machine adopts hydraulic system, and adopts centralized control of PLC microcomputer.

A. Suitable for 24/6, 26/6, B8, 10 series staples

B. This machine uses hydraulic system instead of the traditional heavy-duty stamping method.

4. Machine maintenance

1. Die slider should add oil once per shift;

2. Pneumatic triad oil cups should be filled with oil once every shift and the water in the cup should be drained;

3. Screws for fixing the cylinder should be frequently checked and reinforced within a few weeks after the new machine is used;

4. The reversing valve and overflow valve should be cleaned frequently when the new machine is used at the first stage;

5. If any leak is found in the tubing, re-tighten or replace the O-ring;

6. The water system of the cooler should be turned on before production every day. The water system should be turned off and the power switch must be turned off after working to clean the production site.
